Usage: Chromium boron carbide hard phase, used for welding workpieces with low stress and strong abrasive wear, such as kiln tail fan blades in the cement industry, can self protect. Chromium based boron carbide wear-resistant welding electrode is a matrix with a high chromium content, added with an appropriate amount of boron carbide advanced abrasive and a suitable amount of vanadium, molybdenum and other metals. The post weld metal is a martensitic boron chromium alloy layer with high hardness and toughness. Suitable for repairing machinery parts worn by sand, gravel, and coal abrasives. Mainly used for repairing coal mining machinery, cement machinery, brick machine spiral shafts, etc.
